Hello everyone! Following this ROM

I received many requests to prepare an American ROM.
So… here it is!

What’s changed?
A. Kosher Aurora Store. The apps I approved come straight from Google’s servers!
B. Device language is set to English by default.
C. services.jar fixed by @KosherFlipper
D. Improvements to the hosts file.
E. Approved American apps in the app store as requested here and also from @TripleU’s list.

A small note:
I enjoy working for everyone, but I also like receiving support from users in return.
For example, the TCL Flip 2 project I planned didn’t get enough support, so I canceled it.
I’d love to see if, for this project—which many of you requested—you show your support :slight_smile:

A small note: For the Aurora Store to work, you need to enable installation via Aurora Services in Settings > Installation.

Question, were all apps available on the store checked for in app browsers? And if yes, blocked?

Also, this can be flashed more than one way… What are your flashing instructions?

CRC has in app browser and it isn’t blocked

Something about host files was mentioned so he may have blocked in app browsers with that.

I use calssic hosts file that I used in my ROMs, is blocked most of in-app browsers, but isn’t checked in all apps.

i’m flashing with SP Flash tool

Might I suggest adding already device owner granted tripleumdm to the ROM? Then users can block whatever in app browsers they want.

i can’t seem to find the answer to this question. if the american bands are added to the rom, will the other bands keep working? we’re in the UK, and the qin works fine on the regular bands. but i’d like my son’s phone to work in the usa, uk and israel when we travel back and forth

Because I’m from Israel, I dont test American bands.
you can flash American badns after flashing this ROM.

If its works in israel or uk it does not work in america and if it work in america it doesn’t work in israel or uk

What would be great is an app (root) to live flash users backups of either us or stock bands (already written imei), but I don’t know how safe that is.

This way you could switch on the fly.

There is a magisk module to flash partitions. Worked for me with init_boot with no issues.

Maybe I should try making one

I already tried making an app to change IMEI, Wi-Fi mac, and Bluetooth address and that was only a half success. But that’s a completely different process.

Has the speaker in this ROM been fixed yet?
If not, can someone fix it because I’m stuck with the fix guide
