Honestly, easiest way forward is to flash the new speaker fix 6.1.3 ROM. Unzip and run flash-all.bat. Flashes us bands as well as part of the package.

After, you can use snwriter to change the IMEI (confirmed working). Then flash just AIV’s kosher super with fastboot.

fastboot erase super
fastboot flash super /path/to/super.img

I know it sounds like a lot, you can go another way if you want, I just think this is the easiest because that package includes the bands…

Sure, let me know if you have any trouble. I really would change the IMEI if I were you. Don’t know how many people will be using it.

And in the last step after flashing the kosher super, an error appeared on the device screen that the encryption was unsuccessful and I need to reset the device, and I did the reset and the device came up when it was kosher

A. If after the reset the bands were deleted?
B. How can I check if it supports the United States (the code *#*#3646633#*#* does not work on the phone)

It was referring to you erasing userdata, nothing to do with bands.
