Why was I blocked from Google Chat?

For some reason,a week ago i was blocked by google from google chat randomly without knowing why. they gave ne an option to send an appeal so that what i did,but i just received a generic response saying that i violated their terms and conditions without specifying what i did. i sent them an appeal another 5 times each one explicitly asking for soem deeper details and quotes to why it has been blocked,bt each time i received the same identical email saying that i violoated the terms which it was probable just sent each time automatically by ai. i put my problem on the google community for some insite but i have not received any solutions how to regain acces. here is a screen shot of the email i received each time from a no reply email address.would anyone over here please be able to tell me how i can regain acces to my google chat please as it will be very much appreciated???

I had the same issue with my google voice. I eventually gave up after appealing about 7 times, then randomly two years later I thought of it again, and decided to appeal once more, and they accepted minutes later. Weirdest thing

maybe someone reported you for violating T&C, quote from google

"Learn what happens when you block someone

  • The person will also be blocked in certain other Google services.
  • Links or attachments that the person sent before you blocked them are still active.
  • If you report someone for abuse, a copy of the last 50 messages of your conversation is sent to Google for review."

i had that in mind,but i cant think of any reason of why someone should report me. also,if so,then why am i not getting anywhere by sending an appeal 7 times to google. i am receiving a generic email back each time probably automated?

if anyone could please give me a solution,please do so as i wouldnt mind regaining acess to google chat.
