Old one they still making? How much going for now?
The old manufacturer which was Builitt went bankrupt a while back and stopped making it. The OP on reddit says the new manufacturer is Orbic.

There were no working CAT phones on their stand yet, only dummy versions. In addition to the mockups, there were also expected specifications, they plan to build the new CAT phones on the Qualcomm Snapdragon platform, they will have NFC, and the S225 model is said to have a thermal camera (although not FLiR), 256 GB of storage, a minimum 5000 mAh battery and a 50 MP camera. The expected specifications can therefore be said to be quite standard, but the CAT brand name still rings quite well. The question is to what extent Orbic can or will want to compete on price with Chinese brands producing rugged devices.

Now the moment many have been waiting for, and perhaps even left the text above for what it was, the phones we expect from Cat! The F125 is a classic basic model (probably based on KaIOS) with which you can remain reachable in the basics. It is extra robustly built and looks a lot like the Cat S22 flip phone, since the Cat F125 is also a flip phone. The phone comes with IP68 certification (dust and waterproof) and MIL-STD810H resistance. It will have 64GB/4GB of memory. It is unknown whether this can be expanded.

If its 4GB/64GB, then its not going to be running KaiOs.

Why?
Because thats overkill for KaiOs.
Most KaiOs phones don’t have more than 512 MB of RAM, and have 4 - 8 GB total storage.
Even most Android feature phones don’t have 4 GB of RAM.
The Cat S22 has 2 Gb of RAM.

4 GB RAM means very recent Android.
