I have a filtered Sonim Xp3800 that I’m having trouble exporting the contacts.
When I choose export to .vcf file, it won’t let me export more than 1,000 contacts at a time, which means I’d have to manually select 900 contacts at a time to export.
When I choose to share all contacts, I get a popup letting me choose between sharing with messages or bluetooth.
When I choose either of them, I get this:

It would probably be pretty simple to automate with ADB, but that’s obviously not an option.
I don’t think adb by itself could back up contacts, but you could install apps that could
It could automate the selecting the contacts.
How?
ADB can control the phone, using taps, swipes, keyboards and controllers.
That’s how scrcpy works.
What happens if you choose send all and select wait when the app crashes?
It waits and then the same Android System isn’t responding dialog pops up again.
