Anyone knows about a good translating app besides google translate
working offline is a plus
DeepL Translate has proved very accurate for me. It does not work offline though.

Google Translate can work offline if you download languages.
On the subject of offline languages, from Android 11 and down you can only download offline language packs through Gboard. This means that you cannot use Google voice input offline through any other method.
If you edit the build prop to spoof it to Android 12, then you can download offline voice packages within the Google app.
