Blocking Street View and ads in Google Maps (ME MDM)

I am using ManageEngine MDM (Zoho) to restrict a device, allowing only a limited set of apps, including Google Maps and Waze.

However, I couldn’t figure out how to block store images, ads, and Street View in Google Maps.

I know this is possible, as solutions like Mehadrin GPS (using Tiny MDM), Techloq, and likely GenTech are able to block it.

My current setup uses Kiosk Mode, if that’s relevant.

I’ve attempted to filter this via a proxy, which successfully blocked the content in a browser, but had no effect within the Google Maps app itself (I was expecting that outcome, but gave it a shot anyway).

Does anyone here know about this stuff?
How can I achieve that?

I have a list of URLs to block. But I can’t figure how to do it with the MDM.
Is there a way to edit the hosts from the MDM portal?

No root access on the device.

Setup a dns and enforce it with the MDM (not sure if the one your using has that capability, but an MDM can do that

If anyone can help—I’ve already successfully blocked Photos and Street View using the links mentioned above. Is there any way to block reviews without blocking the business information?
