I’ve used a LG exalt in other country’s (Didn’t try Israel yet) but I didn’t change the SIM card so I don’t know about the SIM card stuff but most flip phones, even old 2G/3G phones might work in other (normal) country’s

Israeli LTE bands are 1,3,5,7,28AB.

Also, devices that doesn’s supported LTE&VoLTE in Israel, can’t work after י”א טבת תשפ”ו.

right now? yes. but IDK which bands needed in Israel for 2G&3G

volte only works on LTE (A.K.A. 4g) so if after said date only voLTE (and voNR) will work than only 4g (and 5g) will work.
