# eGate block-hard-reset option is disabled on a Motorola phone

i’m using v1.25 on a phone with google services/play store, yet the block hard reset via frp is grayed out, was the option removed? do i have to be logged in to my google account to enable the option?

The option was not removed. Some devices just don’t support it.

Whats it dependent on? If it has the frp partition?
