Is [this](https://jtechforums.org/t/remove-browser-with-adb-on-rooted-tcl/5587/42) one not clear?

EDIT: I just posted a guide on [how to remove the browser with a modified recovery](https://jtechforums.org/t/remove-browser-with-adb-on-rooted-tcl/5587/45). Note that I wouldn’t necessarily call the guides I’ve posted beginner level, but they’re the only way to remove the browser and not have it come back after a factory reset. Please let me know what you need help with, and I’ll try to be of assistance.
