Turns out I was wrong about some things (soooo surprising, right?)

**Minimal requirements to satisfy the GPLv3 license:**

- include a written offer (can be text somewhere in your app) for source code, and include a contact email. Don’t need to publish (however, be aware, anyone may upload the source once they request it.)
- Source be devoid of any instructions aside from build commands.
